Please note that many building materials are delivered on larger vehicles and may require safe access and someone on-site to accept the delivery.

Returns Enquiries

To start a return, email us at sales@supplyyard.co.uk within 28 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, reason for return, and photographs if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Certain products, including cut-to-order and special-order items, may be non-returnable – please check before ordering.
