Supply Yard UK does not offer Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) services. All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout.

Payment Security

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1 — the highest level of payment security certification available. Supply Yard UK does not store, access, or process your card details directly. All payment data is encrypted and handled entirely by Shopify Payments.

VAT

Supply Yard UK is not VAT registered. All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of all applicable costs. No VAT will be added at checkout.

When Will I Be Charged?

Payment is taken in full at the time your order is placed. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after successful payment. If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed and no charge will be made to your account.

Currency

All transactions on https://supplyyard.co.uk are processed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). If you are paying with an international card, your bank or card provider may apply a currency conversion fee. Supply Yard UK is not responsible for any such fees.

Pricing Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure that all prices displayed on our website are accurate. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We will always contact you before taking any such action.

Refunds
