1. Delivery Destination

We deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom mainland. We do not deliver to the following postcode areas: AB, CA, CF, DD, DG, EH, EX, FK, KA, KW, KY, IV, LA, LD, LL, ML, NP, PA, PH, PL, SA, SY, TR, TQ, and TD.

If your delivery address falls within one of these postcode areas, we will contact you before processing your order to confirm any additional delivery costs. We do not offer international delivery.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on UK public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. For example, an order placed after 2:00 PM on Friday will be processed on Monday.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier disruptions, severe weather, or public holidays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. You can also track your order via our Track Your Order page at https://supplyyard.co.uk/pages/track-your-order.

6. Delivery Requirements

To ensure your delivery goes smoothly, please ensure:

•        An adult is available on-site to accept and sign for the delivery

•        Clear vehicle access is available at the delivery address

•        A complete and accurate delivery address is provided at checkout

All deliveries are made to the kerbside of your property. Offload facilities such as a tail lift or forklift can be requested but may incur an additional charge.

7. Checking Your Delivery

Before signing the Proof of Delivery, please:

•        Confirm you have received the correct products

•        Check for any visible damage or defects

•        Note any issues on the Proof of Delivery before signing

By signing without notes, you confirm the delivery is complete and in good condition. If you identify an issue that was not visible at the point of delivery, please report it within 48 hours.

8. Unattended Delivery

If you are unavailable on your delivery day and would like delivery to proceed in your absence, please notify us at sales@supplyyard.co.uk no later than 2:00 PM on the day before your scheduled delivery.

Please note: once delivery is confirmed, you take full responsibility for the products. No chargeback will be accepted as you will have waived your right to a signed Proof of Delivery.

9. Failed Delivery Attempts

If we are unable to complete a delivery due to access issues, no one being available, or other reasons within your control, a redelivery fee of £50.00 or 20% of your order value (whichever is greater) may apply.

To avoid redelivery charges, please inform us of any access restrictions when placing your order or contact us at sales@supplyyard.co.uk before your scheduled delivery date.

10. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge by 2:00 PM on the working day before your scheduled delivery. For example, for a Monday delivery, notify us by 2:00 PM on the preceding Friday.

Cancellations after this time may result in a redelivery charge. Contact us at sales@supplyyard.co.uk with your order number as soon as possible.

11. Restricted Access

If your delivery address has any access restrictions, please notify us when placing your order or no later than 2:00 PM on the day before delivery. Restrictions include:

•        Double yellow lines or red routes

•        Narrow lanes, steep hills, low bridges, or width-restricted roads

If a specialist vehicle is required, there may be an additional charge. We will contact you to discuss your options.

12. Lost or Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at sales@supplyyard.co.uk and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

1. Return Window

We offer a 28-calendar-day return window. This means you have 28 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. If 28 calendar days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or return under this policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it:

•        It must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

•        All tags, labels, and included accessories must be intact.

•        Your order confirmation or proof of purchase is required.

•        Items that have been cut, drilled, modified, installed, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.

3. Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at sales@supplyyard.co.uk with clear photographic evidence of the issue. We will arrange a full refund or replacement and cover all return shipping costs. Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a free return or full refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs & Method

To ensure complete transparency, here is how return shipping is handled:

•        Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a full refund or replacement and cover all return shipping costs.

•        Change of Mind Returns: Supply Yard UK does not accept returns for change of mind. Please ensure you order the correct products before placing your order.

5. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees on returns.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of placing them (Provided the order has not yet been dispatched). To cancel, contact us immediately at sales@supplyyard.co.uk with your order number. If the order has already been dispatched, please use our standard return process once you receive the item.

7. Refund Processing

We will notify you by email once we have received and inspected your returned item.

•        Approval & Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 14 calendar days of receiving and inspecting the returned item at our facility

•        Payment Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method only

•        Delivery Charges: Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

8. Exchanges

Supply Yard UK does not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different product, please return your original purchase in accordance with this policy and place a new order through our website.
