Plywood Fire Door Blank with a 44mm core, rated to FD30, measuring 2135mm × 915mm. High-performance solid-core door blank designed for fire-rated door assemblies in commercial, residential and public buildings.
Manufactured with a multi-layer timber core faced with plywood for strength, rigidity and excellent surface stability under fire exposure. Provides a smooth, paintable or veneered surface ready for finishing, machining and glazing as required.
Fully tested to meet the performance requirements of its respective fire rating, ensuring safe installation in compliant fire door sets. Supplied in standard trade sheet sizes suitable for on-site cutting and bespoke joinery applications.
