Kingspan Kooltherm K118 Insulated Plasterboard with a 37.5mm thickness. This rigid phenolic insulated dry-lining board is designed for internal wall applications. It combines insulation, plasterboard, and vapour control in a single component to reduce installation time and simplify wall build-ups.
The board features a 25mm fibre-free rigid thermoset phenolic core bonded to 12.5mm plasterboard on the front surface, with a low-emissivity composite foil facing on the reverse to enhance thermal performance when installed against an air space. Its integrated vapour control layer supports condensation management within internal wall systems.
Suitable for mechanical fixing or adhesive bonding, it provides a practical solution for new build, retrofit, and refurbishment projects. The 37.5mm board is suited to minimal-depth internal linings where limited space is available for insulated dry lining.
